Making a reservation and commencing a stay at Brokatowe Domki signifies that all guests have read and accepted these rules and regulations. The rules apply to all guests staying on the premises.

The overnight stay period lasts from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (check-in) and ends at 10:00 AM (check-out).

Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Visitors are allowed to stay on the premises only until 10:00 PM.

Parking – Each cottage is provided with one parking space in the unguarded parking lot on the premises.

Any comments regarding damages, destruction, or missing items should be reported immediately to the owner.

Failure to report within 1 hour of key collection means that guests have no objections regarding the condition of the cottage and the quantity and quality of the equipment.

Guests bear full financial responsibility for damages caused by their fault to the cottage or its equipment.

The owner of the property is not responsible for guest injuries, damages, destruction, or theft of guests' movable property.

Children and youth under 18 years of age are allowed on the premises only under adult supervision.

Smoking of cigarettes and other tobacco products is prohibited in the cottages.

The organization of parties and loud gatherings that disturb the stay of other guests is prohibited.

The use of electrical or gas appliances that are not part of the cottage's equipment is prohibited.

It is prohibited to bring explosives, flammable, or dangerous materials onto the property.

In the event of a gross violation of the regulations, the Owner reserves the right to immediately terminate the stay without any refund.

The stay of pets is allowed only after prior agreement with the owner.

The guest is required to notify about bringing a pet at the time of booking

The pet owner is responsible for any damages as well as for maintaining cleanliness after their pet.

Pets must be kept on a leash and are not allowed on beds or furniture intended for guests.

The fee for a pet is 30 PLN per day.

The cottage is intended for the specific number of people indicated in the reservation.

Waste segregation and maintaining cleanliness inside the cabins and throughout the property are mandatory.

Upon check-out, Guests are required to leave the cabin in a condition close to that which they found it, including, but not limited to:
- The bin must be emptied,
- All dishes must be washed,
- The refrigerator must be empty,
- The interior must be generally tidy.
